Donna Chapman

Managing Director & Founder

Donna has spent over 25 years working on boards of both small privately owned and large private equity-backed organisations.

She has operated in a number of high-profile board roles and her clients span across a universal range of sectors.

She is proud to have been featured in Forbes Magazine for her contribution to diversity in the engineering sector.

Her diversification and growth strategies contributed significantly to the growth of a business from $100 million to $1 Billion over eight years working with three private equity firms to achieve a series of successful rollover deals to merger.
